Software for diagnostic
To keep up with market challenges and continuously advance, we follow the latest digital trends. That is why we use PALDIAG – Palfinger’s diagnostic software.With this device, our employees can configure stability settings (ISC, HPSC-Plus LOAD), assistance systems (P-Fold), and comfort systems (AOS, SRC, RTC, Soft Stop, etc.). It also allows for defining load limits and restriction zones, speed settings, sensor calibration, retrofitting of functions, and much more. Thanks to its user-friendly interface, the quality and efficiency of our service have significantly improved, as we can continuously adapt the product to your needs.
Crane monitoring system – PALdesk
PALdesk online system provides the data you, as a fleet manager, need to optimally plan the deployment of your equipment and make the best use of its capacity. You can track detailed information about each piece of equipment, allowing you to determine its current location, operating status and current application. Usage statistics, current lifting capacity, maintenance intervals and the nearest service partner at any time are just some of the features you can track. This way you have an excellent basis for optimal use of your truck body and crane.
Palfinger Connected
Palfinger’s PALdesk system offers seamless networking between the fleet manager (Fleet Monitor), crane operator (Operating Monitor), and service center (Service Cockpit) at all times.With the Fleet Monitor platform, you can track your crane’s location at any moment, check for any issues, and determine when maintenance is needed based on operating hours. Since these tools are designed for improved connectivity, your service center has constant insight into the technical condition of your equipment and notifies you when something is wrong or when servicing is required.
This optimized and efficient service planning ensures that your crane will have more operational hours than usual. Additionally, the Job Planner feature allows you to plan work in advance. You can run simulations of possible working radii depending on the stabilizer position and determine which of your cranes is the best choice for the load you intend to lift.
