Palfinger PK 33002 EH crane and detachable platform for Victor Energy

A Palfinger PK 33002 EH crane and TS-3.5 detachable cargo bed have been mounted on a used MAN TGX 26.440 6×4 tractor unit. The upgrade was delivered to the company Victor Energy, formerly known as Valard. The truck has been converted from a standard tractor unit into one equipped with a crane and a detachable cargo bed.
The crane features seven hydraulic extensions, providing a maximum outreach of 19.1 meters. The stabilizers are telescopic and hydraulically swingable at 180°, due to the lack of space underneath the chassis. Among its additional features, the crane is equipped with the HPSC stability control system, which recalculates the load capacity diagram based on the degree of stabilizer extension. The crane is operated via radio control.

In addition to the crane, the truck has a detachable cargo bed measuring 3500 mm in length, with aluminum side panels. The subframe and bed frame are made from high-quality steel profiles. The bed is supported by clip-on balls, which serve as support points. When the detachable bed is lowered onto the chassis, the fifth wheel remains beneath the bed, simplifying the mounting and dismounting process.

Victor Energy is the successor of company Valard. Based in Zagreb, Victor Energy specializes in the construction of power and telecommunications lines. With over 115 employees, the company regularly upgrades its equipment with Palfinger cranes and PK truck bodies.
