A forestry superstructure with a Palfinger Epsilon M12Z105 crane with a 10.5 m reach and a PSM 240 forestry trailer with a 7000 mm loading length has been delivered to Budo-Export. The truck-mounted superstructure is installed on a MAN TGS 33.470 6×6 BB.
The Palfinger Epsilon M12Z105 crane is equipped with two hydraulic extensions, providing a maximum outreach of 10.5 meters. It features an Epsilon rotator and an FG 53 grapple with a capacity of 0.50 m³. A central elevated seat is mounted on the crane column, accessible from both sides, offering excellent visibility and control.
The loading platform, measuring 6,300 mm, is constructed from segmented steel sheets. A steel protective wall is mounted at the front, while a rear steel barrier is positioned in front of the crane at the back end of the platform. The platform is equipped with three pairs of ExTe telescopic stakes, each rated at 10 tonnes. A dedicated support profile for securing the grapple during transport is mounted on the front segment. Additional forestry features include equipment storage boxes, chain holders, and a crane boom rest for transport stability. The rear axles are fitted with PVC fenders and tarpaulin covers for added protection.
The PSM 240 forestry trailer, built without a floor, offers a 7000 mm loading space. It features two 12-tonne axles, mechanical suspension, and drum brakes. The loading platform is equipped with four pairs of ExTe D10 aluminum stakes mounted on steel base brackets.
