The tractor-mounted superstructure and trailer were manufactured by PK-Palfinger Kran, headquartered in the Kukuljanovo Industrial Zone near Rijeka.
A Palfinger PK 17.001 SLD3 C crane with four hydraulic extensions and a reach of 12.6 meters is mounted on a John Deere 6145M tractor. The crane is operated via radio control. The crane is equipped with additional hydraulic lines that allow for the connection of hydraulic tools such as grapples or drilling units. The hydraulic system is fitted with an oil cooler, enabling extended operation without overheating.
The superstructure includes four hydraulically extendable lateral stabilizers, providing exceptional stability during crane operation.
The delivery also included a tractor trailer with a gross weight capacity of 10000 kg for pole transportation. The trailer has a loading area length of 6000 mm, a steel floor with tie-down points, and two pairs of pole holders for secure transport.
The John Deere tractor was supplied by Novocommerce, the authorized importer and distributor of John Deere agricultural machinery.
The John Deere 6145M is a compact, mid-class tractor designed for all types of agricultural work. With its excellent maneuverability, operator comfort, visibility, best-in-class payload capacity, and a range of connectivity and integration features, it is an ideal choice for modern producers. The M Series tractors have been the best-selling in Croatia for years.
The tractor-mounted crane and trailer were delivered to Vodotehnika d.d., a company specialized in the construction and design of pipeline systems—from water sources to end users—including the treatment of drinking, process, and wastewater. They are involved in the installation of water supply and sewage systems for public, commercial, and residential buildings, as well as pipeline construction for corrosive media. In addition, they design and build swimming pool technology systems and pumping stations. Vodotehnika operates in Zagreb across two locations and currently employs 150 people.
