It is a Trumpf 5030 laser machine that has two interchangeable tables with dimensions of 3000×1500 mm. The machine achieves excellent results regardless of the thickness or type of material, and is especially specialized for precise cutting of the positions that make up the extensions because the thickness of the cut is 0.2 mm. The machine is characterized by perfect cut quality, perfect edges, minimal scrap, and quality cut regardless of material thickness and reliability of operation. The maximum machine speed in idle mode is 300 m/min, and it can cut steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm and aluminum up to 12 mm. In the production hall, the machine occupies approx. 100m2 and is one of the most modern laser machines in the world. All of the above contributes to increasing the quality of all types of installed bodywork for end customers.
