A so-called “crane-tipper” featuring a Palfinger PK 24001 HP crane and a three-way tipper TK 160 has been delivered to Strabag BMTI d.o.o.. The installation is mounted on a MAN TGS 33.440 6×4 BB Euro 6.

The Palfinger PK 24001 HP crane is equipped with three hydraulic extensions, providing an outreach of 10.1 meters. It features the SINGLE LINK PLUS system, enabling easy operation through low doorways and within confined spaces thanks to a negative angle capability of 15 degrees. The crane uses “low-maintenance” hydraulic extensions with synthetic sliding elements, combined with high-quality KTL coating, which significantly reduces maintenance costs for the hydraulic system. Additionally, the crane is equipped with an oil return flow system that speeds up operation, resulting in time savings during load handling. The crane is operated via radio remote control and also has manual control levers on both sides.

The steel three-way tipper features aluminium side walls with a height of 1000 mm. The left side wall is equipped with the so-called BORDMATIC hydraulic side-opening system. The internal dimensions of the tipper are 4200 × 2420 × 1000 mm.
