We have delivered three forestry transport units to the Forest Management Company “Hercegbosanske šume” d.o.o. from Kupres. Each unit is equipped with a Palfinger Epsilon M12Z105 crane featuring a reach of 10.5 meters and paired with a PSM 240 forestry trailer. The crane bodies are mounted on MAN TGS 33.480 6×4 BB trucks.

The Palfinger Epsilon M12Z105 crane is fitted with an FG53 grapple with a volume of 0.50 mᶟ and a lifting capacity of 5000 kg. The forestry body includes a modular steel floor with a usable length of 6300 mm, a support mount for the crane and grapple in the transport position, a steel front wall for cab protection, and four pairs of ExTe 144S steel bunks. The front and rear walls, along with the steel runners, are color-matched to the vehicle cab. Additional equipment includes chain hooks, two pairs of work lights on each side, and a built-in toolbox.

The PSM 240 forestry trailers were entirely designed and manufactured in PK’s production facility. Each trailer features a steel platform with a fixed floor, 7000 mm in usable length, and is fitted with four pairs of ExTe 144S steel bunks. The trailers offer a payload capacity of 13800 kg.

ŠGD “Hercegbosanske šume” d.o.o. Kupres is engaged in sustainable forest management, cultivation of horticultural and planting material, hunting, fishing, and recreational tourism. With an annual revenue of approximately €15 million, the company indirectly employs up to 1,000 people through an extensive outsourcing network, mainly in the wood processing sector. It is structured into eight organizational units: Forest Offices in Bosansko Grahovo, Drvar, Glamoč, Kupres, Livno, and Tomislavgrad, the Pržine Nursery, and the company headquarters in Kupres. The company employs an average of 629 people.
