Palfinger PC 2700 crane and modular platform for Jadranski Naftovod

Jadranski Naftovod (JANAF) has taken delivery of a truck-mounted body featuring a Palfinger PC 2700 crane. The PC 2700 crane offers a standard hydraulic outreach of 3.7 meters and is equipped with radio remote control, as well as manual controls on both sides as a backup.

In addition to the crane, the Volkswagen Crafter 35 with a double cab has been fitted with a steel modular platform body measuring 2700 mm in length, featuring aluminium side panels. The front posts are fixed, while the rear posts are foldable and removable. The decking is made from 15 mm thick anti-slip plywood, providing a safe and durable working surface.
The platform is covered with a PVC tarpaulin, supported by steel bows and aluminium slats, offering protection for cargo during transport.

JANAF d.d., headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia, operates a modern, efficient and economical crude oil pipeline and storage system. Since the commissioning of its infrastructure in 1979, JANAF has played a strategic role in securing oil supply for refineries in six Southeast and Central European countries. Today, it is recognized as a key part of the EU’s strategic energy network, through its status as a Project of Common Interest (PCI) under the JANAF-Adria pipeline system. In addition to oil transport, JANAF’s core operations include storage of crude oil and petroleum products.
