Vodogradnja Rijeka has taken delivery of an interchangeable tipper/mixer body mounted on an Iveco Stralis X-Way AD260X46Z. The system includes a TK160-5.0 tipper body with a volume of 11.5 m³ and a mixer unit. The vehicle is equipped with a PK quick-change system, which consists of main chassis protection, a hydraulic exchange system, and locking cylinders with pins for securing or releasing the body.
The body features a three-way hydraulic valve that allows the hydraulic system to be used either for tipper operation or for switching the bodies.

The three-way tipper has a steel floor and high-strength steel side walls. The side wall is equipped with the BORDMATIC hydraulic opening/closing system, while the rear wall opens in a “flag” style, ensuring easy and flexible material unloading.

PK interchangeable bodies are a practical solution for multi-purpose truck use. Various body combinations can be mounted on the same chassis, such as tipper/mixer, flatbed/truck tractor with crane, or even rear municipal tipper/tipper combinations. Depending on the industry and the client’s needs, the systems can be tailored and configured for optimal functionality.
