Tipper with Palfinger PK 11.001 SLD 3 crane for Strabag

A tipper truck upgrade with a Palfinger PK 11.001 SLD 3 crane and a three-way tipper TK 75-4.0 (length: 4000 mm) has been delivered to the construction company Strabag. The truck upgrade is mounted on a Mercedes-Benz 1223 K 4×2 chassis. The crane has three hydraulic extensions, providing a maximum outreach of 9.9 meters. It is equipped with the HPSC-E stability control system. The crane includes additional hydraulic lines extending to the end of the boom, enabling the operation of hydraulic attachments such as rotators and grabs. A set of pallet forks with automatic center-of-gravity adjustment and a maximum lifting capacity of 2000 kg was delivered with the crane.

The three-way tipper features steel side panels that can be opened downward and are also swingable. For easier opening of the side panels downward, tension springs are installed. The rear corner post is removable, allowing for the transport of cargo without sideboards and posts.
