Delivery of the TSM 16 forestry trailer with a Palfinger Epsilon crane for Hrvatske Šume. This trailer is designed for transporting, loading, and unloading logs and other timber materials. It has a gross weight of 16000 kg and a loading area length of 5000 mm. The trailer is equipped with a Palfinger Epsilon C60F86 crane with a reach of 8.6 meters, powered hydraulically via the tractor’s PTO shaft. The trailer itself weighs 4700 kg, allowing for a payload capacity of 11300 kg.

The Palfinger Epsilon crane C60F86 is equipped with an Epsilon FG27 grab of 0.25m2. The crane is operated via radio control, which significantly facilitates the manipulation of logs and also simplifies the coupling of the trailer to the tractor. At the front of the trailer there are massive stabilizers that provide stability when manipulating logs. The trailer is equipped with a refrigerator of sufficient capacity to enable long-term operation in all weather conditions.

The loading area dimensions of the forestry tractor trailer are 5000 x 2200 x 1400 mm. A steel protective wall is mounted at the front to safeguard the crane and vital hydraulic components. The platform is equipped with four pairs of steel stakes, produced in-house. The trailer features high-profile 500/50 R22.5 tires, drum brakes, and a flexible suspension system without leaf springs.

The forestry tractor trailer is backed by full service support and spare parts availability throughout its operational lifespan. Any additional options or modifications can be implemented in coordination with the PK team, as this is a custom-made product tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the end customer. All trailers manufactured in the PK facility are built using high-quality steel for long-lasting durability. Components are coated with a primer and epoxy paint for enhanced corrosion protection.
