About Project

Truck bodies with cargo platforms can be configured in several ways depending on the wishes of the customer. There are four standard variants on offer that can be developed according to the needs of the end user to best meet the needs in the field.

Baustoff truck bodies that combine a crane at the end of the truck and a platform

BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF “BAUSTOFF” UPGRADES:

– cargo platform in accordance with the EN 12642 Code XL certificate for structural strength
– Palfinger hydraulic crane at the end of the truck
– the subframe has a box-shaped profile that allows for lower torsional loads
– sub-chassis bolted to the main truck chassis
– the floor of the platform is installed on the sub-chassis and is made of 27 mm thick anti-slip plywood
– box edge profiles made of steel sheet, beveled at 45° with openings for tying down cargo
– front wall of the box made of aluminum with a final upper edge profile with load carriers and space for LED spotlights (installation of LED spotlights on request)
– sides of the platform made of anodized aluminum or painted with rubber bumpers and folding steps on each side (steel sides on request)
– one-piece rear wall made of aluminum
– the front and rear pillars are fixed, and the middle pillars are foldable and removable
– pneumatic cylinders on the sides to assist in opening/closing the side panels
– tool boxes – galvanized, aluminum or plastic
– work lights under the side panels for nighttime manipulations (on request).
