Students of the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Rijeka make a great contribution to the activities of the Association of Applied Technical Sciences (UPTZ). Uduga operates in the premises of the Maritime Faculty of Rijeka, where they primarily develop the “Adria Hydrofoil” project. It is a radio-controlled Hydrocontest vessel with which they are participating in the prestigious “Monaco Energy Boat Challenge” competition. The competition is held in the Principality of Monaco under the patronage of Prince Albert II and numerous sponsors. The PK-Palfinger Kran company supports the project and makes its small contribution to the development of the project. The association will also use the Paffinger crane for its handling needs with manufactured vessels.
